Tameka Jackson
With a foot in both the USA & UK, Tameka Jackson started off singing at a very early age (not being a surprise coming from a very musical family).
During her 35+ years in the business, Tameka has had many unique experiences and created many fond memories which have included various Royal performances (most memorable being…singing for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at her Silver Jubilee), working with and/or sharing the stage with many world renowned artists, travelling the globe as a guest entertainer on some of the biggest & most prestigious cruise lines, performing to sell-out crowds at various elite venues & festivals worldwide and also achieving chart success as a sought after session vocalist in the House/Soul Music scene.
With her wealth of experience in performing and her deep admiration of Diana Ross, Tameka took her career in yet another direction. Over the last several years, Tameka has paid tribute to the queen of Motown, winning her multiple awards. Tameka is very proud to be part of ‘In the Name of Love – The Diana Ross Story’.


Cherie Jade
Cherie started performing at an early age, with a passion for dance as well as singing. She made her first appearance on stage at the age of 10, performing in a musical adaption of the Film ‘Oliver’ at Blackpool Opera house. From that moment on she knew instantly what she wanted to be when she grew up.
With a great love for Soul & Motown music passed on from her parents, Cherie has been performing internationally now for over 20 years.
After enjoying 3 years on the Melbourne Australia Live music scene and meeting a wealth of talent along the way.
Cherie is now delighted to be a part of ‘The Diana Ross Story’ at home in the UK.
Nazarene Mighty
Nazarene has been performing for almost 15 years as a Lead vocalist. She has sung background Vocals professionally for over a decade with artists such as Mica Paris, Raie, Imaani, Omar, Martha Reeves, Noel Mckoy, Pinise Saul, Shack & Chrysallis record labels as well as playing Gladys Knight & Aretha Franklin in the highly acclaimed Ultimate Divas Show.
Nazarene has played venues such as London’s Jazz Café, Hammersmith Apollo, Club Floridita, Clapham, The Sage, Overseas at The Nice Jazz festival and Xen Lounge in Hollywood to mention a few.
Nazerene is passionate about supporting young people into the Performing Arts Industry and has managed and developed singers for one of London’s leading arts organisations, Wac Arts. Nazerene worked there for over a decade with young people from early teens upwards on inclusion courses and on specialist music training programmes where she specialised in song writing, studio technique, ensemble, background vocals and singing technique as well as playing a tutor advisory role.
Nazarene has supported many individuals to achieve high standards and to move on to industry professional work.


Kadesha Fearon
Coming from a family of professional musicians and singers, Kedesha has been heavily involved in the music scene since a young age. Inspired by the greats of Motown, disco, soul, reggae and R&B, she began singing at the age of five in her local church gospel choir which is where her passion for singing really developed.
After achieving a Bachelors Degree in Music Technology from Hertfordshire University, Kedesha’s main projects focused on behind- the-scenes work, including collaborating with various artists and producers to feature on numerous house tracks and writing and vocally producing for herself and other artists.
In 2017, Kedesha decided to branch out into live singing and can now regularly be seen performing at some of London’s most prestigious venues, most notably The Shard, The Dorchester Hotel and many more. Her versatility can also be seen in the variety of different function bands she works with on a weekly basis.
Bringing a wealth of experience, flair and always a good vibe, Kedesha is very happy to be a part of ‘The Diana Ross Story’ and is looking forward to the year ahead.
Laverne Wynter
Laverne received her BA in Music from the University of East London. With musical influences ranging from Gospel, Soul, RnB and Pop she started in the church singing with various choirs including Peter Francis and the Jabez Family and IDMC led by John Fisher.
Laverne has performed throughout the UK, toured in the US, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands and has sung as a Backing Vocalists for X Factor and for music artist Benjamin Clementine.
Laverne regularly performs with various bands and vocal line ups and is currently recording, vocal arranging and writing for artists.
Laverne is so thrilled to be touring with ‘The Diana Ross Story’.
